The Jones Vacation role play is a staple for teaching conflict resolution skills.  Partners are asked to role play a couple deciding where to go on a two week vacation.  The husband is determined that they should vacation in the mountains; the wife is equally determined that they should vacation at the beach.   Many role play partners decide to spend one week at the beach and one week in the mountains.

Thank you to the organizations and participants that helped to make Commodity Classic a success for eLegacyConnect!  We are grateful for the opportunity to be included, and it was very inspiring to see that succession planning is such an important issue for so many people. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to next year! 

Expectations and the Olympics

Most of us watched at least some of the Winter Olympics.  I was intrigued by the emotions expressed by the athletes at the completion of competition in their events.  Think about: Every athlete that won the gold medal was overjoyed and in many cases overcome with emotion by their success. There were numerous examples of athletes that were thrilled and even overcome by their excitement in winning a bronze or silver medal.
